BPI Solutions is a majority woman-owned, minority-owned real estate investment company dedicated to expanding access to safe, affordable housing for low-income families. Our mission is to acquire and renovate residential properties in underserved communities and transform them into high-quality, livable homes that create stability for the families who need it most.

Across the United States, millions of families struggle to find safe housing they can afford. At the same time, many properties in underserved neighborhoods sit vacant or in disrepair due to a lack of renovation capital. BPI Solutions addresses both challenges by restoring distressed properties and returning them to the community as affordable housing options.
